Parents/Guardians and Student Must Read
1. Abrar Academy does not grant application upon a merit basis. For admission, we have an interview with prospective parents and student to discuss the aims of the institute and what it has to offer. It also gives a great opportunity to get a feel of the school, and see its facilities.
2. All new applicants will have to pass the admission test and all new admissions will remain valid for one Islamic year only.
3. Abrar Academy is at liberty to terminate the application of students who fail to achieve the set average standard of Islamic and secular curriculum.
4. School fees are payable in three instalments and are subject to a yearly increase. The first instalment must be paid on the day of the admission along with the non-refundable admission fee.
5. Management allocates the classes in which you/your child will be allocated.
6. Parents are strongly urged not to shout or abuse the staff/students at any time. This will be totally unacceptable and will result to admission in the building being refused.
7. Students are expected to respect all teachers, staff and follow the rules of the Abrar Academy. Disrespectful students and those not following the rules will undergo the sanction procedure.
8. In the event of a student being expelled, the parents, guardians or guarantors will be responsible for making all the necessary arrangements without objection or delay.
9. If for any reason a student leaves, he/she must return all textbooks, locker keys, and any other Abrar Academy property to Abrar Academy. Failure to do so, will result to deposit being withheld or the amount added to the fees. If any property has been left behind, and no arrangements are made for its removal within a week, then Abrar Academy reserves the right to act in accordance to its discretion.
10.Students are not allowed to leave the boundaries of Abrar Academy except when granted permission or in an emergency. However, in cases of emergency or necessity, parents or guardians wishing to obtain leave for any student may contact Abrar Academy, to request dispensation. Any student leaving the boundaries of Abrar Academy without permission will be expelled instantly.
11. Disclosure of all previous character and conduct is necessary. Failure to do so may, in the event of subsequent information coming to light, lead to dismissal.
12. Under no circumstances will physical contact be tolerated with staff members or fellow students. Such behaviour will result in expulsion.
13. All present and future Abrar Academy Rules & Regulations must be adhered to. Abrar Academy reserves the right to expel any student who is breeching the rules and regulations
