Leave of Absence for Students

1. Appointments (doctors/dentist/hospital). An appointment card is required for leave to be granted.

2. Personal serious illness.

3. Funeral of close relatives residing in their locality.

4. Serious illness of parent, brother or sister.

5. Attendance at wedding of student’s immediate brother or sister. A maximum leave of 2/3 days will be granted on this occasion.

Note: No leave will be granted to meet relative going abroad.
